Silence, the slowing down of time, a careful choice of materials, and the irregular nature of textures identify the "tailoring work" developed by Sicilian designer Fatima Costa for the new restaurant La Madia.
Se la cucina è anche ricerca e intrattenimento, i luoghi della ristorazione devono necessariamente proporre esperienze inedite per esaltare il gusto di ogni portata. Il silenzio, la dilatazione temporale, l’accurata scelta dei materiali e la natura irregolare delle texture identificano il “lavoro sartoriale” messo a punto dalla designer siciliana Fatima Costa per il nuovo ristorante La Madia.
